Our Winter Solstice Ritual at
Stonehenge 2011
The day of the ritual dawned and it was wet not a promising sight. But the weather Gods smiled on us and as we travelled to the henge the sun showed his face and we were blessed with lovely weather.
Forty three Druids of the Dorset Grove gathered for an early Yule ritual in the inner circle of the amazing place that Stonehenge is, during the ritual we had a blessing for Skydi and Nathan who were hand fared a month or so ago. One of our members Lin was initiated into the grove an event made all the more special by taking place at this place and time.
